TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms govern your use of the HaulDrop platform at hauldrop.app (the "Service"), operated by Hauldrop("we", "us"). By creating an account, using the Service, or continuing to access it, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract. You are contracting with Hauldrop.

The service

HaulDrop provides junk removal businesses with a hosted booking storefront, a customer intake flow with photos, pickup request management, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
• use it for fraud, spam, or deceptive pricing or offers to customers;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of anyone, including in uploaded photos;
• interfere with or compromise the Service's security — malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting to access data belonging to other accounts or their customers;
• resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent the technical limits of the Service, including plan request limits.

Your content

You and your customers retain rights in the content you submit (business details, photos, request information). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload and for handling your customers' information lawfully.

Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, design, documentation, and the HaulDrop name and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

Plans, payment, and subscriptions

HaulDrop offers a free plan with a monthly pickup request limit and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel or change plans from your dashboard at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately with the difference prorated.

Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller. For full details see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep HaulDrop available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Estimate ranges shown to customers are generated from the price ranges you configure and are not binding quotes from us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your services to your customers, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your storefront stops accepting requests; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
